Terms for refunding funds for Pandoriux services

We value the support of our community. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a refund is possible, and our philosophy regarding payments.

1. Payments as voluntary support (donates)

As stated in our Terms of Service, all payments made in favor of PandoriuX are considered voluntary donations (donates). These funds are directed towards supporting, maintaining, and further developing the project. You are not purchasing a product in the classical sense, but supporting its existence and gaining access to extended functionality as a token of gratitude.

We adhere to a transparent and strict refund policy. A refund is possible only if ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • You made your first payment in support of the project.
  • You did NOT use the trial (free) plan before making the payment.
  • You contacted support with a refund request within 24 hours of making the payment.

If all three conditions are met, we will refund the amount of your donation. Please note that payment system fees will be deducted from the refund amount, as these costs are borne by the payment recipient.

PandoriuX reserves the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
